I gave this a 5 even though there are no sewer hook-ups (2 dump stations though) because it is just a wonderful place for us. Very large grassy sites and paved roads. We liked that a great bike trail starts just inside the park - goes for miles with great scenery and historical markers. You can also go next door into the horse track area, which is a must see. About $35 a night. Good customer service and friendly staff.

Beautiful and very large! Hire a golf cart to save on energy and wearing out your boots! If you don't hire a cart to sit in take a chair. Stables and facilities are good. Camp is quite a long distance away from stables and arenas but it depends on where you would be showing as it is very spread out.

One of our favorite campgrounds. Search the sites to find one that is level if that is important. We usually go in April to catch Keenland racing. Within a short distance the campground is a good home base for the cemetery, Ark Encounter, bike trails, Keenland, Horse Park museum and events, Alltech Arena, and other Lexington attractions. Fishing is available inside the horse park and a short bike ride from the campground. Each site has a paved pad, water, electric, picnic table, and fire pit. If you don't like walking through sites the lung shaped layout with the campground office in the middle can cause long walks. The playgrounds are big and fun. Basketball and tennis courts and a swimming pool are also located in the campground. Finally, the locker rooms and laundry facilities are clean, big, and nice. All of these pictures are from the campground. Pictures are of the campground and bike trail connected to the campground.

A friendly beautiful place to camp. Lots to see and do. Big campsites. Great walking areas. Lots to learn. Activities to choose from. My favorite place to stay.

When you go to reserve your site at reserveamerica.com it will show a photo of each RV site, also has a map to let you see where you will be parked. Let's you pick just the right spot before you reserve it.
Not sure in regular site but primitive elec site i think you can
You can just call the Horse Park they have all the info
Theres a dump station when exiting there is water and electric I visit this campground quite often they have a decent shop as well. It has a 4 basketball goals it has plenty of playgrounds it has fields. You can also choose to go to primitive campsites which are for tents.
You need to use the main entrance, unless you are on foot, bicycle, or golf cart.
Give them a call....
No..just RV hook ups
I agree with Linda. We only stayed a well but i know it is a state park and usually it is limited to 14 days.
