We had a home, part of an estate that we needed to settle. The home was not in good shape and had not been lived in for many years. Fearing that it this would be difficult, we called Greg Perrin. He responded to a telephone message within minutes even though he was on a family vacation. We sent him documents, photos, and a walk-through video. He called back a few hours later, went over the details and gave us an offer for the property which was consistent with what we thought it would be and what others had offered. He was so easy to do business with. With we would not hesitate to trust him again.

The whole process went very smoothly and quick. Greg was very responsive and professional. Not one thing went wrong. I am extremely greatful we found Greg to buy our house. He was willing to help us in a lot of ways we didn't expect. Great company. We definitely would go directly to him if wanting to sell our house again. As a matter of fact, we referred him to my father who will now be selling his house here soon as well.

Words cannot express the gratitude my family and I have for Greg and Laura. As a Wounded Warrior with disabilities there are certain triggers that kept me from selling my home traditionally with a Real estate agent. This made it hard for us when it came time to sell our home. Greg and Laura went above and beyond to understand my family’s needs and accommodate my disabilities. Not only did they make me feel that my needs within the process were very important and validated but everything I had asked for was accommodated and even more. For me it really did not seem like I was selling my home but more like a family member was just trying to help me out. I will forever be grateful for their support in helping my family transition to our next chapter. Greg and Laura have shown me that there really are good people in this world.

When dealing with Columbia Redevelopment we had a great experience and would recommend anybody who is interested in selling their home to a honest and upfront person (Greg), this is the ones to speak with. I was dealing with an estate that we would no longer be able to keep, after hearing a few offers from other developers (low balling), I was placed in contact with Greg, he did not low ball at all, gave an honest offer of which we both knew was a great number for the estate. From there it was doing business with a friend. If you are looking for a non salesman like sell of your home with a company that not only looks for their best interest, but yours. You have found it. Thank you Greg and best of luck in every adventure from here!

Every situation is different, but selling your house to an investor can be a lucrative transaction. When you need to sell your house as quickly as possible (30 days or less), don’t want to do any repairs or maintenance, and don’t want to pay any commissions or fees, selling to an investor is a great option.
Whether you’re selling a home for the first time or are a seasoned pro, there are many benefits to selling your house for cash: - All cash offer - $10,000 earnest money deposit - Quick sale - No commission fees - No need to make repairs (sell the house as-is) - No cleaning costs - Fast and flexible closing timeline
A cash buyer is someone who doesn’t need to secure lending to purchase your home. In a traditional home sale, finding a cash buyer is rare. However, when you sell to a real estate investor, an all cash offer is expected.
The fastest way to sell a house for cash is to sell it yourself to a local real estate investor.
