Watch out. They will do shotty and wrongly done work that leads to permanent damages and then make excuses that it wasn't them. How could it be anyone else when they were the last place to work on the car. Doesn't make sense. If you want to be out of a car months after getting a service through them because of engine damage, then get your work done here.

Twice I have had an appt for an oil change. Both times I arrived and was told they cannot get me in. No call, text or email to let me know and save the trip. Will not go here again.

The boys over at Sandy Firestone were absolute God sends. Nail lodged in my front right Subaru Forester tire, on a Sunday at 4:50PM no less. Stephen and Preston were so helpful to replace all four Subaru tires on such short notice, reasonable cost for the service, and great company despite the circumstances. Thank you thank you!

Seeking a shop to waste your entire day? Then look no further. I scheduled their first available appointment in the morning to have tires replaced (a week in advance), and showed up on time - nobody was even in the shop. Nobody showed up until an hour later, and they claimed they had no record of my appointment, then it magically appeared when I showed them the email confirmation. They then told me that they could have my tires mounted by the end of the day. An hour before close, they said it would take until the next morning. I just took my tires to get mounted elsewhere.

That question isn't specific you either need to provide information on what tires your currently have so they can match the type or replace all the tires if they are worn. Do you know what brand and size tire you have?
