Be warned, I’ve done business with this particular IAA twice now. Once to purchase an RV and again to purchase an vehicle. Both times I’d arrive to pickup and find $1000+ of missing parts. And note that these parts are visible in auction photos at the time of bidding. The RV I bid on was missing the keys, propane tanks, spare wheel, and a couple other plastics, all of which had photos showing that they were present during bidding. Same story with the car, the photos showed that the vehicle did in fact have an exhaust, but when we arrive for pickup, the exhaust had been completely lobbed off and stolen at a replacement cost of about $1000+. So again do business but take the time to double check everything because they don’t care, you can show up to have half the car you won disassembled and they’ll say “sorry we can’t help you”. And that’s not to mention all the damages that there forklifts do to the undercarriages of the cars when moving them. But that’s a whole other story.

They were supposed to pick up my car two weeks ago and keep ensuring me “it’ll get picked up today” and it doesn’t. I’ve Spoken to them on the phone like 7 times and get the same response each time. They even told me they stopped by and I wasn’t home, but my car doesn’t work🙃 where else would I be🙃

The tractor drive should not receive his payment because his actions is a shame for so old guy. I'm truck driver and he just ignored me many times for no reason.

It was a good place, but now, customer service is ruined by one employee, Jason. Who is rude, unprofessional and with a very bad attitude, telling customers to "stop and shut up" when there is no reason for that at all. This person, Jason, is not supposed to work at iaai , especially in a customer service department. Is embarrassment for iaai. One star is too much for the customer service done by Jason. He needs to find a new job.

You'll have to look yourself, there might not be any in Portland but they might have some in another state, if you have a membership then you can join the auction and win, then it's only a matter of getting it transported to you.
Yes, it's a $200 per year membership. Plus buyer fees with each vehicle you purchase.
There are many cars here and branches across america, you can buy from almost every state, they have all types of cars but you need a membership to buy and join the auctions.
