The quality of care in my opinion has been poor, the front desk workers are terrible, maybe not every single one but I have been standing at the front desk and ignored for over 5 mins until I made a comment like “hello, help would be nice”. The Practitioners will only prescribe Ibuprofen, Naproxen and Cyclobenzaprine which none of them help at all for pain. I understand we are combating the Opioid crisis but at what point if the patient has documentation ie MRI’s along with medical history showing justifiable proof for a stronger prescription why do they continue with these over the counter treatments?? Quality of Life is terrible and continuity of care is the same.

Anyone seeks no pain treatment in the last few years must be aware of the idiotic recommendations of the CDC and AMA particularly with regard to “pill counting.” This facility takes this recommendation to new extremes. Any extreme pain sufferer knows pain is impossible to predict as to its timing and severity. However, the prescribing by these doctors follows the CDC recs so intently it leaves the patient with ZERO room for adjustment while in the throes of a pain attacks. In fact, these facilities seemed primarily aimed at detox of addicts and very little in the way of pain treatment. Their primary concern is avoiding problems with AMA. Also any serious pain sufferer will by now be familiar with the promotion of Lyrica and Buprenorphine as substitutes as promulgated by addiction, not pain, specialists out of Seattle and Portland. Again, this is designed to protect the prescriber not to treat the patient. Unfortunately if you are low income this approach may be your only option. Just be aware before you go in what you’re in for.

Ever since Dr.Patel and the entire staff left in 2016, this place has not been the same!!!😞 Practically ALL of Dr. Patel's patients followed him or went to another Pain Management doctor's office. This place feels like a robotic Ghost town! No smiles, no friendliness, just an Assembly Line type feeling. And if you aren't there for INJECTIONS, which they try to push on you EVERY VISIT, they treat you, especially the NP, who is very rude and non caring, as though you don't matter!!! She carries herself in a manner of superiority. I highly suggest that you find another Pain Management office for your health needs!!!!

I was at his office only once for a CATS, I was not overly pleased with the tech., but the office was very clean and comfortable, receiving staff was very nice and help me and non english-speaking clients, I received a referral today from his office a physical therapy specialist in Inglewood California, that can offer me a weight loss program as well as treatment spine and hip pain. Another then the CATS, tech, I had a good experience with his offices.
