I came in when the store had no customers. I had a chance to look at the menu and one of the guys who was sweeping keept observing me. He kept poking his nose. The girl took my order and I hesitated because I had a question about menu. The guy poked his nose at me because I guess he waa rushing me but also trying to ridicule me. After I paid the guy literally poked his nose 20 time at me. Then he bagged my order and gave it to me without washing his hands. I called the restaurant and nobody answered. When I went back the store had customers. The guy wasn't poking his nose at them. Why? Do I have to look macho to eat here? Is this gangs only? Did I take a long time? This is discrimination. Is that what you do, hire young people so they can harrass the old guy. If this is amusing to you I will shut you down. Poking your nose is an insult. If want to leave me wondering, I'll tackle you down with a lawsuit.

Orders are not given correctly. I ordered through the app for pick-up. When I got home One of the orders was missing rice, the other was missing sesame seeds, and all of the orders were missing the teriyaki sauce, which was ordered on the side. When I returned for the missing rice, the employees were nonchalant about the errors. I asked for teriyaki sauce and was told it was in the bag. Once I got home, again, there was only one teriyaki sauce. Truly disappointing experience.
