Because the part needed to repair my window would take more than a day, a loaner was provided and was much appreciated. I love taking my 2007 Odyssey here. The $35 oil changes are clutch! I like going somewhere that specializes in Honda, and these guys have always helped me out answering questions and troubleshooting car troubles over the phone or in person. There’s been a few times when I’ve brought an issue to them and they explain what it is and it doesn’t result in an expensive fix, they have just graciously explained what’s going on, so I feel like I can trust them to not take advantage of me. They are always cheerful and helpful when I see them.

Braking was making a rubbing noise, especially when baking up. Univ Honda Service Dept employees are very professional, helpful, friendly and service oriented. Communication is excellent. Emily called while our CRV was there to let me know she heard me speak about an upcoming driving trip and was wondering if I had time to have the battery checked and charged if necessary. I appreciated that extra service. The brakes were fine. Probably due to changes in moisture and temperature. We have always felt that we receive honest evaluations and service.
