I am giving one star for the fact that this store won't allow people to try on the clothes in the dressing room. I understand that things changed in the peak of Covid, but this is the ONLY store I know of that still doesn't allow customers to try on the clothes they may want to purchase. I refuse to buy clothes I cannot try on! Secondly, the store is overcharging for clothing items. I come here because I am low income, but find this this goodwill charges a lot more than other goodwill stores.

Can't donate. Took a few few shelves in great shape but were rejected because they were dusty. Guy at receiving was very rude. Won't be going beck there, guess it just all goes to the dump.
Mind Matrix
It had some great finds and the prices are good when you get half off

Well here goes, my opinion of a Goodwill Industries Store. NO restroom, NO dressing room, NO monetary refunds.. Not looking very customer oriented. I am a mere amateur when it comes to rating second-hand stores, since I greatly value their service to society but I havent been able to expand my experience with large variety. With that in mind, I can say it is a noticeable improvement over the Albany and Lancaster Goodwills. The layout is basically the same in the stores but the care taken to group the items within that layout makes it by far easier for shopping at the Corvallis store. How much longer must the dressing rooms be closed though. Major Inconvenience! Especially when there's only store credit for refunds on stuff you haven't been allowed to try it there. Major BS! That is the one thing that puts it at 3 stars. It would be 4 but it really irks me to see black permanent marker on the physical item. For what purpose? To prevent resale of those donated items being sold by party #4? How far can greed go when measures are taken to hinder an honest person from earning an honest living instead of worse scenarios. Let someone pay Goodwill price and give it as a gift OR resell the item for more, it's still takes effort. Win win. Quit marking prices on the labels. Thats what pricetags are for.

Yes. But you have to unload your donations yourself. Just a head's up.
Yes they do
Yes they do.
There is a sorting process and items that they don't feel are disposed of. Definitely call them with a description. Even if they found something they suspected the owner might want back, I don't think they have a way to identify the owner.
I would look on Craigslist for something comparable and see what it would cost if you were to buy it.
You have to call them. This question section does not go to any employees of Goodwill.
Yes, they accept all debit and credit cards
They do on occasion. If the one closest to you doesn't have one try a Google search for ones in the surrounding areas they may have what you need.
Maybe
