Employees are rude, they ignore customers and get mad when you ask a question. Find another store like micheals or a craft store in Albany.

I hate this store. It has a monopoly. There is no real competition. Sometimes the staff is great, Sometimes not. Never purchase anything without it beingbon sale or using a coupon. And pay attention to the website/app so you can plan. Patterns go one sale regularly.

This location has the friendliest staff and a ton of clearance fabric. Make sure you have plenty of time to weed through it all. Picked up a super cute Christmas panel for less than $5.....among a stack of many others. I spend more money here because the cutting table is always friendly and chatty. That makes a big difference to me. Worth the extra drive.
