My friends and I did the rec room during the end of January and our experience was very good. The room was very challenging (I don't recommend it for first time escape room users) but we all had a ton of fun and would definitely come back! Very great customer oriented staff and company.

This experience was okay. They left the control inside of the room, and we used it not knowing what it did so we did our objective without completing all of the puzzles using the control. This made the process of the objective very confusing, but to make up for this they added time to our room which we appreciated. They also said they would refund me $5 which I have not received almost a month later because the math for the student discount was done incorrectly. It was a fun pastime but I most likely won’t be back but I do recommend trying it once.
