My sales woman Britney was awesome. Everything went smooth and I had a good amount of options available. I was disappointed that some of the trucks i originally wanted to view in the inventory were not at that location. But Britney was attentive and showed me all my options and eventually we found a brand new Frontier that I fell in love with. Everyone at the dealership was very friendly and loved my dogs.

This is the second time we have purchased a vehicle from this dealership. Both times were pleasant. The wait time to finish all the paperwork is a bit long but that is to be expected when you buy a car on a Saturday one of the busiest days of the week. When we got in our new to us car I noticed that it was not clean and the cigarette smell was still lingering. I simply mentioned it to Josh and he scheduled us in for a full detail and oxygenation (I think that’s what it was called) to get the smell out. They are all very helpful there.

We had a difficult and very complicated problem with our 2018 Volvo S90 T8 Inscription Hybrid. The service department at Kiefer Volvo in Corvallis were excellent to work with and determined to get to the bottom of the issue. Relentless! They followed all the protocols and worked through the issues with Volvo Technical Support and found and repaired the issues. Awesome service and great customer service as well. I highly recommend Kiefer Volvo and will use them for all our service needs.

They didnt give me what i feel they should have for my trade in but worked to gwt a payment i could afford for a vehicle i really love
They we're willing to work with me if I would accept a $400.00 dollars/month car payment.
