I recently purchased a few appliances for our condominium. The sales staff was very informative and helpful concerning the merchandise and answering my questions and concerns. They let me know a day in advance of the delivery window, and showed up right on schedule the next day. I appreciated receiving a phone call once they were in the area, prior to the actual delivery. I cannot say enough about the two men who delivered the products. They were very friendly and efficient. This has been my second experience with Steve’s, I ordered a bed previously, and they were wonderful.

This is the second time I have bought something from here. A real pleasant place to shop. Salesman not pushy but informative. They even checked the price from another store. Also a nice store to just walk around and see what they have. Not just appliances. Everyone there was real pleasant.

We have a brand new dishwasher that is 3 years old and has never worked that we had purchased from Steve's along with several other appliances. We wanted to support a local business. This was a big mistake. We have contacted Steve's Appliance several times, and had been told a part was needed and it would be ordered. There has not been any communication from them on the status of the part. We have called and stopped in several times and continue to get the same answer ...that the part is on order. After all of this time and no communication I would suggest to anyone who is considering purchasing an appliance at Steve's to reconsider, and avoid the frustration that we have been put through.

I'm not sure of your specific model, but most of the recliners we sell can have stuffing added or removed very easily through the bottom of the back, this allows for a more customized fit. There is usually a flap on the back that can be lifted and the stuffing can be reached from there. There are also a few that have a zipper on the top that allows access to this as well. Hi Jacob, Broyhill went out of business last year and another company purchased their name but they are not being made the way they were. Because of this we no longer selling them.
