I could not recommend this place more!! My refrigerator died so I ordered a full set of appliances from another local retailer. They promised delivery for my new fridge three different dates - only to cancel and reschedule each time!! The fridge finally arrived in my home and it was not what I ordered (nor did it fit). Very frustrated, I sent the fridge back and tried to get the one I ordered. They charged me for the delivery and a restocking fee!! I was so mad I canceled everything. I walked into Majors with my invoice from the other retailer and asked if they could please order my appliances. Carlos was amazing! He ordered everything, matched the prices, gave me an additional military discount, and then helped with a rebate!! Majors not only delivered everything they said they would on time, they ran water lines for my double ice maker, hooked up the gas to my stove, and installed my dishwasher when they delivered it. All things that other retailer said I would need to schedule and pay for separately!! I would not only buy anything they sale that I need, but I recommend them to all my family and friends. If you need furniture or appliances, go to Majors and talk to Carlos. Best and easiest experience buying anything, ever!! Thank you Majors!!

I purchased a washer and dryer from this store. The sales team and customer service for The Major's Furniture & Appliance was excellent. We called The Major's based on the recommendation of someone, after my mother had a negative delivery experience with a big-box company on kitchen appliances for her new home. The Major's made some good recommendations based on the needs of my mother and I felt like they knew the products extremely well. Delivery and install was flawless. I really wish we had known about this company before, but now we do. I really liked that they e-mailed pdf copies of the manuals and warranty information for quick future reference. Thank you Lisa, and the delivery team for giving us a great experience. We will be back, for sure.
