So, I had a set of new tires installed on my 2021 Ram, after returning home I noticed that my front passenger rim is gashed and scraped up. So I contact the manager Steve, he asked me to bring it by today, I agreed. After further inspection I notice that the other rims are scratched up as well, not nearly as bad as the front passenger, but scratched nonetheless. Well, I bring in my truck, Steve comes out and notes the damage to passagener front and makes excuses for the other 3 rims. I point out the issue, he asked how long has the truck been on the road. I tell him, he now claims that the other damage was done by road, snow etc. he ‘s wrong, the rims had no damage when I brought the truck in yesterday. He takes photos and said that he will send it in to his district manager. So, I asked what type of compensation would be granted for the multiple return trips, fuel, and missing work. Steve tells me That there will be no compensation, this is not their fault. Dang it! Gas is high and my time is valuable. My rims would not be damaged if VIP had not damaged them. So I am waiting to here back from the District Manager. Not holding my breath.😕🙁☹️

I liked the service and the tires I purchased. I went back in the fall and purchased a set of snow tires. I got exceptional service and will continue to do business with the farmingdale vip.
