Much more expensive since the change of ownership. Left with what I believe are new scratches on my driver's rear door. Something was going on, while I was outside on the phone, I heard the guy at the desk say "be careful, the guy is out there waiting". I was the only one in the waiting room. Welded part of the flex pipe on the lift with the sparks flying all over the side of my car. It's not the prettiest car but care should be taken no matter what.

Safe to say I made the right choice coming here. Friendly, out of this world customer service really. Very knowledgeable, quick quick quick, and was about half what I expected in cost honestly. And now my car is cool for the summer 😎 thanks Meineke! You've got a new repeat customer, for sure.

Went in for a new exhaust. I was told I don't need one. I drive the vehicle every day, I kinda know if I need an exhaust or not. It was quiet when I bought it last year, and now it's louder and sluggish. They did fix the rattle I had from a lose heat shield. Guess I'll have my machanic install a new exhaust. Other then that, nice friendly place.

On 12/20/2021 at approximately 10:20 am I brought my SAAB 92-X Aero in for exhaust repairs that were needed for my vehicle to pass the Maine state safety inspection. Everything started off well, with the customer service representative quickly getting my information and quoted an estimated time of completion of around an hour. I walked over the Auburn library next door to catch up on some work. Around 1:20pm I walked over to see if my vehicle was done and noticed there was a long line of customers. The line moved rather quickly and the customer service rep had my paperwork already completed, so I just paid and then picked up my vehicle. Would have appreciated a call but I understand the number of customers who came in all at the same time, played a part in this. A few days later on 12/22/2021 I brought my car to Evergreen Subaru for a brake repair and to ensure the repairs had been completed for my vehicle to pass state inspection. I was surprised when I picked up my vehicle and they mentioned my vehicle had failed now for the second time. The service technician detailed the exhaust holes that were missed and still needed to be repaired. On 12/23/2021 at about 9am I brought my vehicle back to the Meineke shop and showed the customer service representative the paperwork from Evergreen Subaru detailing the remaining exhaust issues. He stated that he would get my car in as soon as possible but he didn’t know why the repairs had not been completed the first time. At about 11:15 am I walked over to see if my car had been completed. It was sitting outside and there was only one other customer, so I am not sure why they didn’t contact me to let me know my car was finished. I paid for the repairs and drove over the Evergreen Subaru and the vehicle finally passed the state inspection. Can’t tell you how frustrating it was to have to bring my vehicle in twice for the same repair, especially at this busy time of the year. According to the service technician from Evergreen Subaru the remaining holes in the exhaust were obvious, so I not sure why they were missed. This was my first time in your shop and the online reviews were very good, so I am not sure what happened. I think it would be reasonable that I would be reluctant to come back and I am not sure why no discounts were offered on the second repair. I sent an email to Meineke Customer service and followed-up a month later but still have no reply. When I call the Customer Service number it just rings and rings, then the call is disconnected. Thank you for your time in looking into this matter.

You'll want to bring the vehicle in for a proper quote.
I am not sure they do that. But Town Fare Tire is Awesome
Go meinake to thy can take care of you
Prob not but Select Auto in Sabattus is a top shop. Honest and probably able to take care of your car. Bob is the owner.
Not sure why but if it's the auburn shop and they didn't leave a message on the voicemail I would be surprised. Call next week and tell them and they will prob offer you something like 10 percent off. They are a good shop.
Not sure about Saturdays but they do brakes. They gave me a veterans discount and in my opinion are upfront and honest.
I have recently asked and am making an appointment for my vehicle now. The price is $80.
No closed Monday, and this location is not equipped with the proper waste tank to do oil changes.
