His commitment to all his customers is readily apparent by all his interactions with them. He is always courteous and kind no matter how busy the shop is. He is an outstanding service writer and sometimes a skilled technician. I have trusted him with my last three vehicles, and I hope that he is around long enough that I can bring him a few more. i trust him and that is a rare thing in the auto service world today.
