I am so impressed with these folk's service levels, I am ignoring my usual policy of buying local to support them. I'm returning to weaving after a long absence. I had questions about the yarns after receiving their sample cards. The support staff have gone above and beyond expectations. I got my answers quickly and then tips about how to use the yarns that will be very useful. I had a question about ski shuttles, and Gretchen spent time to investigate whether they would fit in my rigid heddle shed. I ordered it, and it's here already. Kudos to the whole team.

I am so impressed with the customer service here. I ordered the deluxe loom kit for a grandchild and when it didn’t show after a reasonable amount of time - I contacted them for shipping info. I don’t know whether it got lost in shipment or porch pirated but Rose contacted me immediately and got a replacement sent out that arrived in 3 days! Really great service (and product, too)!

Good morning! Unfortunately, we are still only open for curbside. We're so excited to open for in-store shopping / browsing but don't have a set date yet. Hopefully for your next visit! Thank you for the question! Our retail store is not open, but we do have curbside pickup available. We consider curbside to be COVID safe, since you do not come inside the building (only the entryway). Payment is made prior to pickup, so it is contact-less. You can schedule your pickup by ordering online, or via phone. Thanks again!
