This place is awful. They herd you in & herd you out. I have had 2 appointments canceled with no warning. I made the hour drive to find a few receptionists present & no doctors. They canceled my sons removal of his pallet expander without notice & I was rescheduled 8 weeks out. By there lack of attendance & communication of that has delayed my sons treatment plan by 4 months now. I am a reasonable person I understand things happen but this place seems very excessive. Dr Kirk Round has the bed side manner of Hannibal Lechter.

I haven’t been able to find a dentist in my area in months. I moved here to Maine recently and found this office from Facebook! I lost a filling over the weekend and I couldn’t get in anywhere so I called first thing Monday morning and the receptionist was so sweet! She gave me an appt @930. I am so grateful especially for how busy everyone is around the holidays. It was a very great experience and I would recommend family and friends here if they ever had an emergency. Very Caring staff and dentists.

The staff have always been pleasant and make the process easy, however my daughter got braces put on in April and they have only been tightened once. The appointment prior to the last was cancelled because they forgot the orthodontist was on vacation and the newest cancelled because their computer system is down. Her braces have been on for 6 months now with only one appointment inbetween to tighten. In June she had a chain surgically put in and hasnt even had the appointment to attach it to her braces! She is going to have these on for years at this point. Not a happy camper.

Doctor Mary is AMAZING I got a tooth fixed that was making it impossible to smile comfortably! She not only fixed it but she made the experience awesome! I am actually excited to go back to the dentist! I wish there was a way to contact her manager and let them know that she needs a raise everybody there is amazing!
