We have used KV Animal Clinic for years. They have helped us care for both cats and dogs, small and large of many varieties. I have always felt comfortable leaving my animals and understanding the treatment and care they were providing. I appreciate the explanation of costs prior to treatment even in emergency situations where a range must be provided. Dr. Oliver spends sufficient time answering questions and writing down information which is very appreciated when dealing with a new animal or unknown situation. Great place!

Have been bringing my cats here for years and have always had a great experience. However, the new vet there is unprofessional with little empathy. She used swear words to explain my cat's condition without any empathy whatsoever. She spoke to me as if my cat was just an object. In addition, her recommendations were contradictory. Decided to get a second opinion elsewhere and can no longer recommend this place as I used to. The rest of the staff have been consistently great and it's a shame that this new vet doesn't seem to care about professionalism or my pet.

The Dr. Is very knowledgeable about what's going with my dog.She very easy to talk to, and her staffing was very helpful with a smile.The experience was amazing.
