I appreciate the way that the Howard’s sales staff doesn’t bombard you when you come in the door. They are courteous, respectful and professional. Kermit was my salesman and he was very knowledgeable, patient with my questions and down-to-earth. The entire process for buying my new clothes washer was seamless! Not to mention that it was a great deal! I will definitely go back to Howard’s for my appliances in the future.

Needed to replace my fridge/ freezer immediately because my current one died last night. Went to Howard's and I'd like to say my experience was great from beginning to end, but sadly that wasn't the case. I had horrible treatment from the first salesperson. She didn't listen to or care about what I needed. She just cared about selling me an item that would net her the biggest commission. Expressed my disappointment to the manager who offered to assist me with getting what I needed. Showed me exactly what I was looking for, asked of he could excuse himself to go to the restroom and stated he would be right back. He never came back! I again decided to leave and e press my disappointment and Adam stopped me and offered to assist. I was reluctant at first, due to my 1st two encounters, but something about the way he spoke and offer to try to make the situation right told me to give Howard's 1 more chance. Adam flipped my entire experience around. He really values customers. Roberto the lead manager heard of my experience and attempted to address the 1st salesperson. She was rude to him and made a comment about how she doesn't have "that kind of patience" referring to assisting me. The appalling part is the comment was made loud enough for me to hear. Howard's is normally a great place to shop and I'm sure it still is. As long as you have Adam as your salesperson, you are guaranteed to have a great experience! Thank you Adam for turning my experience around!

Hi Barbara, yes we do sell Maytag products in store and also online.
It's an easy job, just call around and get quotes. Any legit plumber should be fine. But, do you have permission from the property owner? I'm surprised the owner is not handling this. If you haven't asked the property owner to handle it (or reimburse you for your expenses) you should.
I didn't notice any water heaters at Howard's. We bought a refrigerator and dishwasher. Very satisfied with our products, but the discarding of your old products weren't as easy a process
