I went to the PG store at 4:45 p.m on June 21 2022. They would not answer their phone after 19 min on hold. Manager said they were too busy. I am elderly and don't have some tech skills to order on line. I told the mgr I would not come there again and he said "I would appreciate that". So if you're trying to place an order by phone, forget it! This has happened 3 times to me and I've been a loyal customer since they opened their PG location.

ordered a pizza online over an hour prior to me picking it up and they still didn’t have it ready on time. i also tried calling them right after placing my order to ask a question and after 10 minutes they still hadn’t answered the phone. when i went to pick up my pizza at the time they said it’s be ready, i had to wait another 10 minutes before my pizza was ready. the entire time i was waiting, the phone was ringing and no one answered it.

My coworker ordered an extra large pizza, they rang her up for an extra large but the pizza she got was just a large. We tried calling the store to explain what happened but you can’t even get a hold of anyone, it’s just an automated message that plays on repeat, and it’s not like we can leave work to show up in person once our lunch breaks are over. I’m not sure what the point is of having a phone number to call if you can’t even use it to get a hold of anyone.

Overly busy with a lack of care. The website would not work. When I tried calling I was no hold for 30 minutes. I hung up and just drove to the location. No one was even trying to answer the phone. I then had to wait another 30 minutes for them to get the food together. They got the order wrong (missing an item) and said it would be another 25 minutes before they could make it. I just left rather than waste more time. I ordered the chicken Alfredo and it was basically wet noodles with a squirt of Alfredo sauce.
