Ordered the Baja steak and cheese that was $4 more then most subs and was told I couldn't put any extra toppings on my sub, only those shown. I was told this after the sandwich is made, something a good employee would know to tell the customer. There are very few places I'll eat in Utah based off customer service and quality. This is one more that will no longer get my business...no wonder restaurants here are suffering the customer service is failing and no one wants to pay for or tip for bad service.

Ordered on the app and my order was a half hour late being made. I also ordered a BLT and they gave me a BMT instead. I was very angry and called the store. The employee was very willing to make things right and he said he was new. While the initial experience was disappointing and very frustrating, he did a good job of making it right and taking responsibility. I’m really appreciative for that.
