I love Quick Quack car wash. It’s fast and does such a good job. The Pleasant Grove location is always clean and well maintained. The staff are quick and friendly. I love the concept of Quick Quack and that there are so many locations so close to me. And the membership is just brilliant. I am a fan and a loyal customer!

The line was pretty long, both lanes, and it moved really slowly for about five minutes, like there was some sort of a hold up at the front of in the wash itself. Then it picked up and moved pretty quickly. But I ended up getting just the "good" wash when I pay for the unlimited "better" membership. I'm not sure if there was a mix up in the order because of the two lanes (I normally go to different locations and there's never been enough cars to fill both drive up lanes) or what exactly happened, but if I had paid for it as a one-off I would have been super peeved and given this a one star. Since I can just go back the next day if I really want to it's not a big deal, but it had the potential to be rather concerning.

We love quick quack! Very quick, thorough, and the employees are always friendly. The unlimited car wash price per month is a steal, especially since vacuuming is included. We wouldn't give our business to anyone else!

I just paid for the best wash they provided and it is 19.99 and my car is still dirty but I can go to shammy shack for 14.99 and get a 10x better wash. And a hand dry. There machines barely touched the passenger side SMH There are photos to show both left and right side of the car and the passenger side was not cleaned vary well and it upsets me because I payed higher then I normally due .. for a lower quality job.
