If you are seeking a new home, avoid this greedy place. Considering the age of the complex and other living options available, it would likely benefit newcomers to seek elsewhere. Eventually they reveal the 3x monthly rent to income ratio, but then tack on to rent hidden fees that they dont advertise about, such as a $130 package that was initially suggested as being optional, but then declared mandatory, plus separate utilities as well. Expect your household to be making over $57k + a year minimum just to live here without assistance. If you are going to be paying that much, look for something newer and/or more transparent.

doesn't seem like a bad place to live. Except the pool seems like it's for swimming lessons business only from 10am to 2pm. They basically have guests take over the pool for those hours, giving the residents no place to sit at the pool.

**UPDATE** We're still here, and ZERO problems! Management is still great to work with and absolutely ANY time we've had a maintenance issue it's been fixed immediately. We are still enjoying our time here, and we've even recommended the place to a few people who now live here as well. My husband and I moved in the end of September and so far we LOVE it here. The pet policy is very reasonable and the rent etc is on par with just about everyone else around. Our apartment is spacious and even has an actual dining room! (Usually unheard of in an apt.) We had one maintenance problem when we moved in, and it was addressed and taken care of immediately. The management and maintenance staff have been great so far and all of the fees, rent, etc. were spelled out in writing in advance, and I can even see rent and payments online and pay rent online. The community is really very nice and quiet as well. We have neighbors with dogs and children and we rarely hear anything. We will definitely be staying a while.

Honestly, the apartment is super nice. The grounds are pretty well-kept, (although know one knows how to repair a broken sprinkler.) Gym and pool aren't anything to write home about. I really do enjoy living here, and would stay for quite a long time. HOWEVER- the front office staff is AWFUL. They don't care about you as a tenant at all. They aren't understanding in circumstances beyond your control either. For instance- me and my fiance started working at a new company, and due to a miscommunication, we were missing half of our paycheck, and it would be here soon. Explained all this to the staff and they said "too bad- pay or get out." That's not something we can control? We're working with the company, but it takes time for them to print a check? Sue (the one who answers the phone and is at the front to sign papers and everything) is practically asleep everyday. Anytime you call, she could not sound any less thrilled to work there. She was also a pain to work with when we were trying to move in. (Wasn't sure if the apartment would be ready or not, said she would call me 2 hours later. The next day I called to find out a status since I needed work off, but didn't want to take the day if the apartment wouldn't be ready. She told me she hadn't even called to ask and would call the cleaners in a little bit.) OVERALL- the apartment is very nice, and it feels like home. The bummer is the staff and how horribly they handle everything. If you can live there and avoid them, do it. If not, maybe do a double check and look at other options.

Questions & Answers

The first one being what the utilities. What utilities are included in the rent and what utilities do I have to cover? If I could how much will it cost to put an apartment on hold. I am looking for on that is on the ground level.

I can answer about the utilities. None are included in the rent. You pay electric, gas, water and trash. They also charge a monthly parking fee and internet/cable TV and service fees. My girlfriend, and her 3 children live there, she pays $1349 for a 3bed - 2bath and another $300 or so in utilities and fees.
