*Updated review (make sure to read all of review) Original 2 star review I am quite disappointed in Bed of Roses. For Valentine’s Day, I custom ordered a pink rose arrangement. I came and picked them up and as soon as I saw them, my heart sank. I was immediately disappointed. The greenery looked nice but the roses were small and all browning and crumpling already. They looked like they received the flowers a week ago and made the arrangement and left it sitting there the entire week. Definitely not what I wanted to give the love of my life for Valentine’s Day. I felt so embarrassed when I presented them to her. Probably never coming here again. Updated 4 star review My update of my review is based solely on their amazing customer service and their Process to make it right. Just a little week after I posted the review, they reached out to me and wanted to make it up to me for the arrangement. (I wont go into details of what they did to protect them from people trying to take advantage of them) but they did replace it with a beautiful arrangement. I am thoroughly impressed with their quick response and their concern for their customers. Definitely a company I respect and maybe even come back to.

The freshest and longest lasting plants and flowers I have ever seen from a shop and I used to work at one! Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Helped me pick something out for mothers day and gave me care instructions to help it live as long as possible. Highly recommended.
