In general I've been satisfied with Supersonic. Unfortunately, I give an average grade due to the fact that on multiple occasions, I've attempted to use the Lindon location only to find the car wash closed much earlier than the posted hours. It's frustrating when you pull up expecting a car wash only to find services unavailable. As an example, last night I pulled in just after 6 pm. Posted hours online are 7 am to 8 pm. The car wash was closed. There were a couple people using the vacuums but they weren't sending anymore cars through the wash.

The customer service here is pretty good! Always friendly people out. Vacuums work well and the space is always tidy. Big complaint is that the people spraying the car prior to the wash NEVER spray the right side of my car, so 9/10 times I have to go back through or settle for a less than adequate job. If the sprayers were trained or reminded to spray the entire car it would save this place!

I purchased $25, wash, expecting wheels and tires to be included. I drove over where I had to vacuum out my own car. (Missing full service) I noticed tires and wheels look dull and grungy. I paid $10 more for shine and sparkle. (Didn’t get it) went to talk with car wash manager no one was inside. Went to car attendant, his mother should be so proud he had his lines memorized with the excuses. I explained that I understand but I could have had lunch and a car wash if I had gone to another local car wash. But instead I chose your higher valued place just to find out that. It no longer there. I began looking for a place to write these words when a 30 + yr. old dark haired man stepped up to my car and offered to hand wax my tires and wheels. Made my day! I have clients I see to every day and I like my car to help me fit in the hire class. A BIG THANK YOU TO BEN.

I’ve been coming to super sonic car wash since it was first introduced to Utah county in Provo. And then Orem and then Lindon. I am sadden to see the direction this wash has went in the last couple years. These corporations think they know best because they have the money and power to buy more and more but lack the vision for what’s truly important, the customer! It’s obvious to me they are only trying to maintain and hold on to what was once the greatest carwash company in the world, But are failing! This is the second time I’ve had a damage claim and the second time no one has followed up! It’s been a week now still nothing! I can’t use my pass because they broke my mirror so I’m being charged yet they make no effort! I would strongly suggest finding another wash if you are a member here!
