Too busy to get any help. Shoes everywhere on the floor. My size was always out of reach. Sales selection was terrible. Did get some nice fuzzy crocs though, unfortunately paid full price.

There's a great clearance sale going on at Crocs outlet right now. Their regular prices are also very reasonable. Staff are really helpful and one went in their storeroom to find a sale pair in my size. Highly recommended!

Very dissatisfied. Their display racks are very deceiving. They had one rack marked 39.99 but the rack had one column that did not have the additional clip or price marker attached to it. It was mixed in with the other columns on the same rack, not last or first or even in the center but arbitrarily mixed in. First of all it should not have been on the mark down rack at all. The rack display pricing covered the entire width of the rack, therefore it should cover all columns in the the rack. Secondly as previously mentioned it should not be Mixed in with the other columns. Thirdly, the non marked column was not marked with a price at all either in the column or on the Crocs themselves. Which I believe is technically against the law. I found out about the price discrepancy at the checkout. I disputed it and got nowhere.. This to me is deceptive selling techniques designed to trick the consumer into paying higher prices. Normally, I would not have bought it as I feel decived but I needed it as it was a gift that the receiver specifically had requested as one of their secret Santa choices. I will not patronize stores like this anymore. These deceptive selling techniques are nothing but a rip off for the consumer. As Mr. Brady told Gregg on the Brady Bunch "Caveat emptor" let the buyer beware!
