This was my first time using an actual dealership, Larry Miller Lexus of Lindon. Service Rep “Mo” was simply exceptional. Being out of state for work and having my daughter take my car for service I was a little worried. However, Mo made me fell at ease and got us an appt on the same day I called in. That is customer service at its finest. But not only did they service my car and provide me with an economical plan that was surprisingly affordable their first class treatment of washing and vacuuming my vehicle was unexpected. The best part was the waiting room that was extremely comfortable with “snacks” too!!!! I am a customer for life!!!!!! Enough said!!!!!!!
