Crocs at The Outlets at Kittery

A good store. A bit small inside, not much space to move around. A good number of products and the staff were very helpful. There were many different sizes and types of crocs. Also lots of sales and jibbits. Overall a good experience and worth a stop to look, even if you're not sure about buying something.

Good selection of crocs for sure. Unfortunately customer service is definitely lacking as many other reviews also describe. 4 employees were parked and staring side eye behind the cash register while customers were left to fend for themselves on the floor. No thanks no nothing when purchasing. Anyhow the shoes themselves are great. Please try to be nicer and helpful. Us customers won’t bite. :)

I went to the Kittery outlet last Sunday and was totally annoyed. Due to Covid-19 they limit the number of people in the store to 5. A lady at the door got hand sanitizer happy and overwhelmed me from the start. She was more concerned about that then trying to help anyone in the store. I traveled for 45 minutes to get there and left with nothing and not because they did not have what I was looking for but because they did not want to help me. I felt like Julia Roberts in “Pretty Woman” and felt like they could have tried to help the customers. I found better deals online and I won’t be back.

Awful. Workers are rude, and not helpful at all. Brought up two pairs of crocs and asked if they had either in my size. The lady, didn’t even look at the items in my hand and said “We don’t have anything” when I saw Boxes upon Boxes in the back. I have been to many crocs stores and this was by far the worst ever. If I could give it 0 stars I would. I just wanted my simple shoes and have been let down. Disgusting. Disgrace to the croc company
