Easy access direct off the hwy. Only issue is walking across the RR tracks to get to the park. Small, but useful

It's a nice beach and shallow water for a long distance out. Great for small children to swim in. It's generally cleaner than a lot of other spots on the river. There are few picnic tables, a restroom/outhouse, and lots of shade.

Questions & Answers

Would love to visit. Any campgrounds or tent accessible grounds near the Dalles? We have a tent and a truck, all we need is a spot to rest on our trek across the top.
