Super busy rest area. Only about 10 or so semi spots. Can fit about two trucks on both on and off ramp. Beautiful view.

This state park trail shows nice view of gorge. Wild flowers time is perhaps past already. It was very hot day that my dog didn't go further. So I turned back without reaching nice view point.

For a park right on the Interstate, this one was great. Sites are widely spaced, many with full hookups. Spaces down the hill get you away from traffic noise. We'll stay here again.

There is a rest stop exit and right before you leave the rest stop is the entrance to the park. We stayed overnight at the place it was actually really nice. A lot of big spaces for RV and tent campsites. There are bathrooms and shower. They also have ADA complaint (handicap) bathroom w shower. We slept in the vehicle… so we could have probably stayed at the rest area and just pay for the $2 fee for the shower instead of the $25 campsite fee.

A39 for tent camping was fantastic! Great views and almost off by itself. I don’t think you can cross the RR tracks to access the water, but I think there was river access near by.
No it is not. But there are showers and water. A few sites have full hookups.

Oregon state parks have a 2 week limit of camping in one spot. To extend your stay you would need to move camp sights. All oregon state parks bill by the day only. Reservations can be made at the reserve america website. You can google it for the url. It will show you a calender with blocked reserved days for you to choose from.
