I love that there’s a free health care center around! I personally believe that healthcare should be offered at affordable/no cost. Not only that, the staff here go above and beyond! They actually listen to you and make sure you get the help you need instead of sending you away with a “you’re just fine”. Also, my veins are really hard to find, and I don’t do well with blood work. They have a nurse named sandy who’s really good with making sure I’m calm and don’t pass out, and she’s amazing with being able to find my veins without missing! I’ve recommended this place to so many friends.

Nope. $1500 items will probably never be given out for free or even discounted anywhere. Even basic cleanings take so long (over a year if they take appointments for that at all) you might as well pay a dentist (cleaings are relatively cheap at about $70-100) or just eat things that don't need chewed.
It is free, and is only for those without insurance.
Very rarely. I asked 2 years ago and they said they weren't taking any more appintments and check back in 6 months. Eventually I just gave up and paid a regular dentist for a cleaning. If it's an abcess or other major issue you might as well load up on the benzocaine and booze and just pull it yourself.
I don't think they do x-rays there and it's not an walk in kinda thing yu have to fill out paperwork bring in pay stubs then get scheduled about a week later
They are open Monday thru Friday 9 am - 4 pm close Saturday and Sunday
That test sounds like an emergency to me. Would advise a quicker route because this place won't take you in until 4 weeks later. And you have to constantly call to ensure you qualified to be seen. This is because doctors at this place work at other hospitals/clinics they just come here to volunteer. Remember this location is free, don't expect them to work on your terms.
No cap but is a sliding pay schedule. $15 an hour is a lousy job to have, too rich for free servcies (your discount won't be a whole lot if anything at $30k/yr) and too poor for buying your own. It's why I simply quit working altogether in 2006 and dont bother with expensive things like non-Section8 houses, cars or families. To be better off with a job it would have to pay $22-25 an hour and guaranteed until I'm 70 (no such thing if it's not a contract).
In theory yes, in practicen no, I gave up after waiting 6 months.
Yes they do
Yes sure. .. you need to register and be given an appointment
I don’t think they have apartments
Very good ones
He will need a piece of mail with his name and address as well as proof of income as there is an income cap. He can stop in the office Monday-Friday 9a - 3p to fill out intake forms. There is a process the office goes through, so he will not get an appointment that day, but the staff will call him to set up his first appointment.
they do not have there, but if you are patient and you need one, they will refer you
