This pharmacy seems to not understand how to properly prioritize their work load. To many times people are left waiting. Nothing has ever been ready for pick up. Everything seems like it's not even started even after you call ahead of time. I'll be taking my business elsewhere. Do not recommend under any circumstance.

Edit: Colton's Pharmacy is now miscounting prescriptions and when called and told about it. You're met with a male pharmacist that just says "whatever" and "sure buddy" these people have other's lives in their hands and they react like this? Last 4 times I've refilled my medications here they never have it ready on time. I called in my prescription a week ago and they don't have it anywhere in the system, I do not recommend this pharmacy for anyone who has important perscriptions

Yes, they're not the speediest pharmacy on the planet like Walmart or Walgreens, etc., but they are HERE in Morton to provide medicine and advice when I'm sick and unable to drive anywhere else (or have anyone drive for me). I live a block away, so I can be patient and run back for pick up in one minute. I'm so grateful for Morton Hospital and Colton Pharmacy being so close. Be patient and work with them, which is sometimes hard to do when you're sick, I know. They've been very helpful to me with explaining insurance and medication information.

I live in another state, called this amazing pharmacy - my brother lives in Morton, has covid & can’t get out. I asked a pharmacist, who doesn’t know me & I don’t know her, if she’d be willing to put together supplements & supplies & drop it off to my brother on her way to work & SHE WITHOUT HESITATION SAID “Yes, I will do that for you.” They even have snowstorms & icy roads & she did this kind selfless action for me and my family. I am eternally grateful for Sandy, Nico & staff - God Bless You ❤️
