Very poor customer service. One star is based on today's experience overall. The staff I dealt with today are not in the business of helping sick people. Impatient, rude, inefficient. I was cut off as I was put on hold mid question. Cashier huffed off after they delivered meds to the car. They all on today's encounter had an attitude, defensive, just overall bad experience. There is a recovery period after a tense moment with someone who isn't feeling well. I apologized for any impatience I was showing. I owned my part of our encounter today. But the staff today handled their end of it with very low emotional intelligence. Last few times dealing with pickups in person or curb side was more positive. Today's staff unprofessional at best. I NEVER take time to give any type of review. But come on. Just be nicer to people in need. Especially when they apologize, BUT YOUR staff continues to choose to behave passive aggressively. The maturity level of the staff today I dealt with today was just bad. Will give other pharmacies my business likely in the future. One star is for convenience.

Waited on a prescription for nearly 2 weeks to be told they no longer carry it. Given so much run-around.

I came in to the store and saw 5 people in line waiting so I decided to do some shopping before I picked up my mother's prescriptions assuming the line would clear up😏 I come back twenty minutes later and the line has tripled in length😒 I stand there and wait 40 minutes to get said prescriptions only to almost land my hand in somebody elses blood that had been smeared all over the counter🤢 I look at the pharmacist and ask while pointing, is that someone's blood? The pharmacist looks down at the smeared blood; looks back to me and says uh uh😳😐 She then silently considers the situation and disappears for five more minutes while she navigated the back of a small pharmacy looking for a bottle of bleach mixture to clean the counter with meanwhile I am considering what I've read and studied over the CV19 pandemic🧐🤯 Usually the service is great here but a new employee made this visit one for the record books😧🤦🏼♂️

Worst pharmacy experience I have ever had. So unorganized! First time I was told my refill was ready, I came in and they told me they were actually out of stock and to come back the next day as it would be ready by 3:00. Well when I came in the next day they told me it still wasn’t filled. I cannot believe how unorganized they are and I have now missed a day in my medication. Which I am not supposed to. I would not ever tell someone to use this pharmacy. Use the one in Hayden if you can.

To transfer prescriptions you call the pharmacy you want them to go to and give that pharmacy the information for the pharmacy they are currently at. We PULL prescriptions to our pharmacy but we cannot PUSH them out. It is the same for every pharmacy. There are also some rules about different types of medications too. Hope this helps!
Our typical ours are 9am - 9pm during the week. 9am - 7pm on Saturday closed for lunch 1:30 - 2:00 and then 10am - 6pm closed for lunch 1:30 - 2:00.
