They did not have anything new to me, however that is because I own most of it already. I'm partial to the shapeshift line and it has served me well for roughly five six years. It was my first time at this facility which is where they make the stuff and I was impressed with how good the customer service is. I dealt with Max. He was great and I also witnessed them help many walk in customers and take custom orders and serve them promptly. Overall it was a good experience and they have good attitudes.

Good quality holsters with reasonable prices. Great customer service as well. I asked a couple months ago if they had an appendix carry holster for specific firearm ,at the time they did not have the option. I checked back just today and guess what? They have that option now..keep up the Great work. Thank you for listening to your customers..

I made a purchase, items were eventually shipped out by UPS 2nd Day Air on the 10th; items are a no show on the 12th. UPS tracking states items are in California: states ETA is now the 14th (which would be 4 days of transportation, not 2). On the 11th, customer service was engaged about fact that items were still in California and ETA shown is the 14th; was told that a refund of shipping costs would be made if items were not delivered by the 12th. She informed me that they would be open on Saturday. On the 12th/Saturday, customer service was engaged again to follow up on lack of delivery; I get informed that the initial representative misrepresented her promise: 2nd representative claims initial representative left notes saying to only refund HALF of the shipping costs, and only if items didn't arrive by the 14th/Monday! 2nd representative says she will refund HALF the shipping cost, and also explained that they have a contract with UPS that stipulates that 2nd Day Air packages shall not be delivered on Saturdays. Mind you, the initial representative made no mention of that alleged fact whatsoever. I really like their products, but I don't like being lied to. They should have made things right by at least keeping their word, instead of giving me lip service.

I had done some research on a new holster and three people recommended AlienGear. I really wanted one. I was on a day trip to Spokane and thought I would venture over and check out AlienGear. I was so glad I did. Their retail space is in an old strip mall they they converted to a world class manufacturing facility. It is truly refreshing to have such a good product made in the US and so close to home. When I picked out my holster, they said it would have to be custom made for my pistol. And that it would be ready within an hour. So I came back about 10 minutes later and it was ready! The lady in the retail area was very knowledgeable and helpful with getting my new holster set up. Every employee that I interacted with seemed to genuinely love their job. That is such a rare quality in today's world. A great product from an amazing American company for a wonderful price! I would recommend AlienGear to anyone looking for a world class holster. I have owned several holsters and at best they have been tolerable, my AlienGear shapeshift holster is so comfortable that I really dont want to take it off!
