Took pickup in for a front end allinmant. Was told they could do it for $109.95. Then they called and told me the pickup needed the wheel bearings packed because the front wheel bearings were a little loose. I said no and please just do alignment on the front. Two hrs later they called back and said they could not allign the front end until the wheel bearings were packed because they were ware so bad. They contradicted themselves. I went and got the pickup. I will never go to them again.

Called and asked if I could schedule a time to have my tires rotated and get an alignment done, the guy told me to bring it on in and that it would be about an hour. Drive across town to get there and the front desk guy was extremely rude, and got loud with me and told me that he will ask his mechanics but they are busy and that it was not likely that I would be able to get in for just a rotation and alignment. Apparently buying tires and expecting a simple rotation is too much these days. Never again, for any type of service. Ever.

Great service . They were able to recommend the right wheel size for me to order to fit the tire size I wanted. Perfect fit.

I have gone to Tire Rama for about 3 years. I recently got a quote to have my struts done. I scheduled an appointment and when I went in to get the work done the price had gone up. I was told that within the last three days the price on the parts went up. I was rather disappointed about this, but the manager, Reno, was a great guy. He obviously cares about his customer base, and did what he could to lower the price, virtually back down to what they quoted, by giving me my alignment for free. I will always remember good customer service like this, and it will always keep me coming back. Good customer service like this is hard to come by these days. Keep up the good work Tire Rama
