Lost a customer today. I brought in a specialty, RFID-chipped key for a truck and asked them to cut it. The guy refused. He said, "Nope. If you didn't order it from us, we can't cut if for you." What kind of petty BS is that? I'll be taking all my business to a more service oriented store (of which there are plenty) from now on. Update: The response to my review is hilarious. Apparently the best service is no service. I suggest Brett quit the "CEO" schtick and try politics (we have to pass the bill to know what's in the bill -- Nancy Pelosi) or comedy (it's not a lie if you believe it -- George Costanza). I now understand why all of my neighbors prefer to drive 7 miles for their hardware.

This location is absolutely outstanding they had exactly what I needed after looking at four different stores. I had driven all the way from Spokane and made it about 15 minutes before closing they had pulled the product off the shelf and had it ready at the register waiting. I will definitely be back to this location again the four gentlemen in the store were absolutely amazing nice Bright Smiles. Definitely experience I will always remember. Thank you for doing such a wonderful job.
