I speak to one female worker there most of the time and she is HORRIBLY rude...has a serious attitude in her voice for no reason. I'm always very polite on the phone and have given her no reason to treat me that way. If you don't like your job don't work there...bc it seems like she is a very unhappy person...rant over

I was hesitant to call after all of the 1-star reviews, but I called in to see if they have a covid rapid test available. Even though the rapid test is outside of the pharmacy, the lady I talked to went and checked anyway. Awesome customer service for me.

I DREAD calling this pharmacy for anything. I have never experienced such unfriendly service at a pharmacy. They make you feel like you are a total inconvenience anytime you call. 1 star

There is always a glitch when it comes to refilling one of my medications. The doctor's office doesn't receive my refill request from pharmacy. The pharmacy doesn't follow up on refill requests that were called into the doctor after 2-3 days of no response. They send a text stating it is "being worked on" but they don't even have it in their queue to fill. They have no record of my refills that I requested online at their website. I have to wait 45 for a minor adjust in a refill when there is no one in line. They never greet me - all they want is your date of birth. I am just a date of birth to them. I am insignificant. Never once have they called me by my name or made friendly conversation. I am not sure if I want to get a flu shot there at the rate of errors.
