I have always had a bad experience ordering from this location. 3 times now I've ordered then received a call saying no delivery driver and I needed to cancel or pick it up myself. The 2 times that i ended up picking up myself they never credited me the prepaid tip that i applied when ordering online. When I called today the person answered the phone and just said "hello" and when I asked if this was pizza hut, she replies "uuuh, yes it is" with a huge attitude. If I ever want pizza hut again I'll be doing carryout from the Rosemont rd/VA Beach Blvd location which is only a couple miles from this one.

Wont go back to this pizza hut for awhile. The quality of pizza "oily "and order not correct. Even though offered to make it right. Just took order and left. This was ordered in person and p/u in person. Guess I go back to Poppa Johns.

Every time I go here it is nothing short of absolutely pleasant. I enjoy walking in, being greeted immediately and actually seeing smiling faces (even through the masks). Our food is always ready on time, hot, fresh and looks appetizing

I picked up for a passenger. She forgot I picked it. Called the store. Just fussed & fussed bout her order. The lady had patience & didn't give her a hard time. I went by on Monday & spoke with the lady. She told me she completely understands.
