I made the mistake of ordering wings through the call center, and not my local store( although that was the number I dialed). I ordered 18 honey barbecue wings ($31.21) to have while enjoying a Sunday at home watching racing. I picked up my order and headed home to enjoy the evening. Took wings out of plastic bowl and much to my surprise they were Buffalo Hot. I tried to cover 6 of them with honey BBQ sauce, but they were still to hot to eat. The location I use is usually very good so I attribute the error to the call center. I plan on returning the dozen I didn’t eat tomorrow. Good help is hard to find!!

Pizza was what is expected of pizza hut. Service was exceptional. The cashier and hand off person was exceptional. The servers are pretty awesome!

Arrived late, which was good cause they called and told me they accidently gave my pizza away. They had the new pizza ready in time for my arrival but the pepperoni was burnt around the edges and the pizzas were not as hot as I was expecting.

Tl;dr: Horrible service, burnt pizzas. Ordered two pizzas for delivery. They were 15 minutes late, and both pizzas were badly burnt. I took the pizzas back to the store to be remade. After 40 minutes, I asked where they were, only to find that they'd been made and stuffed in a heating unit without saying anything.
