Placed an order online thru the Pizzahut website useing my points for carryout and the restaurant was closed an hour earlier then the time advertised on the website so never picked up my order but still took my points not cool very poor customer service and false advertisment

We ordered for delivery at 7:30 and the online time frame was 30 minutes. We called the store at 9 pm to check on the status. The first time the employee hung up on us, second him an employee tells up it will be a 4-5 hour wait (when they close at 12am and it’s already 9). We asked if the pizza was at least made because we’d just come pick it up at this point. Nope, not made. We ended up asking for a refund and calling corporate.

On 3/11/22 i sad in the drive thru line for approximately 23 minutes before i called the phone line to let personnel know that they had customers waiting in their drive thru line. I watched the white lady with pink hair pick the phone up, proceed to tell me to hold before i could get a word in. I then called back 3 additional times as i watch her repeat the steps from the drive thru line. This Caucasian lady with PINK HAIR WITH FACIAL PIERCINGS originally took my order via phone then attempted to convince me that i must’ve ordered at a different location. I simply hit the redial button to prove that i called now 40 min prior to me arriving. She then raised an attitude after calling me names. As a customer i is personally feel offended. If she didn’t want to work at Pizza Hut, she simply could’ve stayed home. Customer service at this location is horrible.0 stars if i could

Ordered a pizza and was fine with the 140 minute wait time. When the pizza arrived both pizza were ice cold and so was the bread sticks. Called to ask about a refund and they wanted us to drive out the order back to them. I obviously asked for delivery for a reason. This is the worst pizza I have ever had from a Pizza Hut.
