Ordered LG 3 topping,pepperoni, sausage, pineapple. This is my 1st time getting a pizza without any tomato sauce, just cheese and 3 items.uhng!

For some reason, the pepperoni lovers pizza only comes with the normal amount of pepperoni. Changing it to extra pepperoni just means they stack 3 slices of pepperoni on top of each other on each slice. This has happens several times. The only reason I'm giving this 2 stars is because the delivery drivers are always awesome. Whoever is making the pepperoni pizzas needs to take a culinary class or something. I'm just going to start making pizza at home at this point.

I waited over 90 minutes for dinner to arrive, and when it arrived it was burnt and cold. The person who cut the pizza needs a lesson in pizza cutting. Not a big deal, but if you serve burnt pizza, at least cut it evenly.

Money

Ordered a hand tosseds super supreme at 8:28 p.m. got home about 20 minutes later open up my pizza and it was pepperoni and olives. It had a hole in it and was extremely cold. I took it back and ask for the correct Pizza the manager said oh yeah we have it. It's 9:32 now. The manager asked did I want the cold pizza that has been sitting for an hour or a new one. Stupid question because I paid for a hot pizza. Got my new pizza and it's undercooked and tastes horrible. I have never had a bad experience at this Pizza Hut but there are too many places that sell pizza so I will never go here again
