So I gotta say we stopped here by chance since the other store we normally go to closed at 6. From the moment we entered the store we were welcomed. Elisia asked what brings us in and we explained our situation .(which has been an ongoing headache on the phone literally hours and being passed around to several departments and nothing getting accomplished yet being told they had it resolved) So with not only compassion for our loss and genuine concern for our issue she went right to work on the computer. The assistant manager Kyle was also compassionate. We literally spent 15 min. tops in the store and they had the issue resolved and our service back on the right track. I would give these employees who genuinely care about the clients 10 star but there is only 5 available so definitely five star customer service and personable making us feel valued as customers an this experience one to review in a positive way for sure. Kudos to these two and this location! I totally recommend this location for anyone who needs a real person to help them with their Xfinity needs.

Kyle (mgr) created extra problems for me, as he entered the wrong last name when setting up the account. When set-up didn't work, the technician couldn't help because my name didn't match what Kyle had created! Save yourself extra trouble and go anywhere else!

AVOID THIS STORE. DRIVE THE EXTRA COUPLE OF MILES TO THE VANCOUVER PLAZA LOCATION. This store is a joke, filled with incompetent and unprofessional SALES people who don't care about truly serving customers. My experience with them was absolutely horrible due to their lack of knowledge and ineptitude. Seriously, save yourself the headache and find a different location.

The modem shouldn't affect your TV directly, so the two issues are most likely independent of each other. Is your internet access/wifi working? If not, try pulling power from the modem and leaving it off for a couple of minutes before reapplying power. Also, make sure the modem is oriented in a way that it gets adequate airflow (they often malfunction when they overheat)
There is no direct number that works to them. The local number just goes thru to regular massive phone tree. That is what they told me.
The Xfinity store over by Vancouver Mall definitely has remotes available.
