The manager Will was very knowledgeable and helpful. I was greeted by the receptionist with a warm hello and she remembered me when I went back to pick up the car. The finance manager, Zamir made the process painless. As I was pulling out in my new car, I also met someone from the service department who was also very friendly. Hi laconia yes they are expensive but the repairs are guaranteed for what ever work they do. Good luck
Yeah it's just like John says you have a transmission problem. If you think you're car is worth fixing, do so if not just get yourself a newer car cause you're problem will get very expensive that it may not be worth fixing it.
No they don't overcharge and the work is very good, but as you know it's a dealership and the prices are pretty steep, for your engine check light you should try first auto zone see if they can pinpoint what's going on and then try the shop, cause I had the same problem and that's how I went about it.
