Horrible customer service! They never have the main thing they’re known for “bread”. I ordered 2 dozen bread was told to be there by 3 to pick up. I got there exactly 2:50 and was told they sold off my bread that I had already paid for. Next order of bread wouldn’t be ready until 45mins. This is an every week thing. The line is always outside the door and if they know their people they will get served before you. The people that serve you always say no tip when they get paid for the goods. It’s ridiculous and I’m fed up.

The bread taste great but service is horrible! Twice I have asked for a large bread and when I got home I realized they gave me a small. I called once about it and was told the bread goes by weight not size. Huh????? Today I sent my daughter and the same person who served me and told me about the weight of the bread (short light skin chubby girl) did the same thing. Gave a small when she asked and was charged for a large. I've tried calling and no one is answering and it's an inconvenience to drive back. They need better customer service and consistency.

Love the white bread. Nice and fresh every day. I ate half the bread on my drive home. Taste great w/o butter or cheese. Also like the currant rolls. Delicious!

Bread is tasty when fresh out of the oven as well as the treats and is a cash only place. My biggest complaint is the customer service and because of this, I have started getting my bread from honeybee bakery. Hope that issue gets fixed soon but if not, the bread is good enough if you don't mind the customer service.
