I usually love this store and always have a great experience every time I go in since it’s my go-to but these past 2 times have been upsetting! Mari doesn’t even let you speak without cutting you off and answers sarcastically to any question you have. She is super rude, unprofessional, and has a stank attitude for no reason. Is this the type of reputation you want for a Boxlunch? If you feel the need to talk to someone with a tone for no reason then customer service isn’t for you Mari.

Let me start by saying they are very covid compliant. Always cleaning having customers and employees like with mask on. Only permitting 11 people in the store at once to try and help with social distancing. There's always something for everybody and a portion of proceeds to go to charity so that's always a good feeling. A nice part too is that their inventory goes through constant change so you always find something new.
