I tried the gluten-free pancakes hoping it could be another option for me, but they were really bad. Had a weird flavor at the end, I couldn’t finish half of it. It’s really a shame. I hope they can improve them.

This is my favorite IHOP to go to because it's usually not too busy on a Sunday during lunch time and it's pretty affordable when compared to the other sit-down restaurants in the area. Their IHOPPY hour menu is great. You can get a full-size burger with french fries for only $6 as well as a couple of other menu items as long as it's after 3pm (and until 9/10pm I think). There aren't many options on this particular menu and they also have smaller sized items like mozzarella sticks and chicken strips for $4 which is an amazing price. However, I will say that if you're expecting to get 3 full size chicken strips for $4, you would be mistaken. They definitely cut down on the sizes for the chicken strips (and probably do for the mozzarella sticks too), but at the price point, it's still a fair buy. It's also worth noting that they seem like they try to offset these prices by adding a couple of extra dollars to their drinks. A glass of Pepsi was $5.09 and an iced tea was $4.99. That's over $10 on two drinks? On the bright side, they have free refills for fountain drinks. Another thing that worth mentioning is that HOP finally introduced a rewards program which is actually pretty decent in terms of spending to rewards ratio. So when I come here, I don't feel like I could be spending my money more efficiently elsewhere because at least when I spend money here, I'm getting a bit more back in my pocket because I can redeem a free burger or something using my points which I actually did while I was here. You just have to make sure you tell your server. Oh, and for anyone wondering, it's located right in front of the Q41 bus stop.

This place used to be better. The food was better, the service was better. I went to this location probably for the first time in about 4 years. This time, the food was not as good, the server didn't ask me how to prep my eggs, a lot of items on the menu were not available. The pancake it self I remembered was much better before, fluffy and tasty. This time the pancake felt a bit dry, the whipped cream (looked like supermarket brand..) was slipped off my pancake and all melting on the side.. very sad and unappetizing.. The hash brown was kind of overcooked and dry. Oh and the table and condiments offered were sticky.. They used to have a few different flavored syrup.. not this time. Just one plain syrup. We went Friday evening and there were only one server around and it was very hard to get their attention.

Read reviews before dinning in at this location. The food was mediocre, mainly the fries. They taste refrigerated- mostly they were old or left opened. The waitress was horrible. My tip , is get a better attitude- IHOP is a brand, enjoy where you work or find another place of employment where you can use your attitude skills. The manager appears to be in training, so she get an A for effort. Take your money where you are satisfied and can have better service. No sense in spending over $100 for poor service.
