Stonewood Apartments have always been nothing but helpful with my wife and I. They have always provided excellent customer service and made our transfer process easily. Suzanne Shelton our leasing officer/ manager is such a sweet wonderful woman and goes above and beyond for her residents. She not only exemplifies great customer service but she is genuinely a kind, big hearted person who doesn’t let her title of manager get in the way. She is often spotted picking up trash and doing little other jobs making sure the place always looks nice. Even after hours. Lol If anyone is looking for a nice, quiet, and welcoming community, I highly recommend Stonewood Apartments.

I don't think so. There is a Stonecreek right around the corner that is and my wife and I had just list our jobs so our income and credit were pretty bad but, surefire qualifiers, right? Phfft! They didn't help but, Suzanne at Stonewood did and we've been here for years. She's great and I'm sure would work with you! :)

Bruh they wanted 2400 for 1br lmao and its horrid place. Landlord is a slum lord and the apartments are all falling apart internally built with the cheapest materials possible with nice exteriors only. She puts zero into upgrades and maintenance for decades.
Yes, the complex is in the MGSD.
