I went to IHOP with my son and it was miserable..!! I ordered chicken fried steak..they serve it with plastic silverware. I asked for a metal fork the waitress ignored me..! So I asked someone else they found me a fork and knife. Later I asked the waitress again for the metal silverware and she told me we don’t have even tho I had already been given a set…later I asked for water which she served with the check as we were ready to leave..I guess they want you to order the $5.00 soda ….$45.00 for me and my son is ridiculous..!!!

Horrible service, horrible employees. I just left this location 5 minutes ago. The lady waiting in front of us had to ask an employee sitting in front of her if anyone was sitting people because she had been waiting for a long time to be seated and no one had taken care of her. He got up sat her down then sat me and my son down and threw the menus on the table. We waited 15 mins and no one came to take our order. There were only 3 customers and 5 employees. Two employees one standing at the back exit and the other right next to us at the terminal were on their phones, the other two were sitting in a table counting their tips and the other went to the back and disappeared. I got frustrated and we just left to IHOP in Pelham Post in Boston rd. Better service and very friendly. I will never ever go to this IHOP in Allerton again. I do not recommend it to no one....

Meals could be more selective. My meal was good. Plastic cutlery-2 utensils only with a thin napkin enclosed in plastic like McDonald's. Not everyone drink decaf Lipton tea. I needed extra butter for pancakes, didnt ask. I was already kind of disappointed.

Wonderful! GO EARLY because it gets packed and parking is horrible! It's more of a neighborhood IHOP and walking 🚶‍♂️ to it is better than 🚗. You must pay to park on the street. Service is amazing. The spinach, mushroom 🍄 and cheese omelet is huge and delicious! ☕️ was hot and fresh. Nicely designed interior to accommodate customers and the wait staff is amazing. GO EARLY!!
