I went here a week ago and I felt pretty upset when I left. The resturant always had great customer service I came here in the evening to grab a quick bite. The girl at the front was very nice and sit us at a booth quickly. While seat3d I looked at the menu 10 minutes past, my husband ask the waiter if he can take our order he told us to wait, we waited 10 min passed as the waiter keep attending to the other customers and ask them what they needed and gave them theie food. I ask the waiter can you please take our order he said with an attitude to please wait again. He returned and kept attending to everyone except me and my husband and my toddler which was hungry. As I notice he left us sitting there 30 mins ignore our request to have our order taken and I asked one more time are u going to take our order he walked passed us. I felt discrimanated against because I'm Hispanic and he was black and just attending to black ppl and kept ignoring us. Mind I have to race issue but notice that the while time and so did my husband. I got up and started to make my way to leave. The girl at the front said did u guys eat I told her no I never had my order taken which even left her in disbelief. I told her it okay I'm leave I don't want to keep wasting my time here I thank her for being nice. But thisbis the first time I experience something g like that maybe he was tired maybe je wanted to go home but that's not what u expect when u go foto a resturant frequently and treated like that. Ihop get better workers please.

We were seated it took over 20 minutes to even get any type of beverage and I had a child with me it took over 35 minutes for a order of chicken strips and French fries you can't get a glass of water or anything

It's been over 2 years since I was here. Due to pandemic. It was great to see Simon is still working. IHOP is an exceptional dining experience. If you are looking for some tummy filling goodies you must come to IHOP on 174th Street The Bronx!!

Thank you Jaysean for a perfect dine in experience. Walked into the restaurant starving. Very grateful to be seated quickly, the host was very kind. There were no crowds, the restaurant is super clean. Everyone is spaced apart. Felt extremely safe. Placed my order for a short stack of pancakes, a side. My order arrived extremely quick. Jaysean stopped by the table to check to see if I needed anything else, excellent service. If you ever visit this iHop and you want really good service ask for Jaysean! He gets your order correct the first time around.
